Our top tier corporate travel client is searching for an online booking tool specialist to ensure seamless and efficient travel experiences for their valued corporate clients.

Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding New Clients: Assist in profile setup, data entry, and ensuring a smooth transition to Serko.
2. Serko Champion: Master Serko, customizing the platform to meet client needs and resolving booking issues.
3. Client Advocate: Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries via phone, email, or online chat.
4. Reporting Rockstar: Support the Sales team by generating customized reports for client insights.
5. Compliance Champion: Ensure all bookings comply with client policies and Serko guidelines.
6. Efficiency Expert: Manage client requests efficiently, keeping them informed of any delays and exceeding expectations.

You're a Great Fit if You Have:
Systems Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of Sabre or Tramada including both front-end and back-end functionalities.
Travel Savvy: Experience in travel consultancy, preferably in a corporate setting.
PC Master: Strong PC skills, including proficiency with Microsoft applications.
